it’s will take step by steps :

• Login to your Cpanel and go to file manager. On File Manager – Web Root (public_html) make new directory with name twit
• Make Your Application  http://twitter.com/apps
• Then upload your icon, write your apps name, description, your website name. complate the apps  registration form. until write the captha, then click save.
• You will get a new page “Aplication Details” Write your consumer secret code and consumer key
• Download script http://code.google.com/p/dabr/
• Extrak and rename “config.sample.php” become “config.php”
• Edit config.php with notepad, write the consumer secret and consumer key. then save the file
• zip again all file and upload to folder you was make on your hosting.
• extract all file, then your application is gona be ok…..
